The course has provided the philosophical and sociological knowledge for the students. The students are able to gain the knowledge of Western and Eastern philosophies. Appropriate continuity, sequence, and organization of contents from 10+2 level to M.Phil. It means that there is the good horizontal and vertical relations in the subject matter in the stated level. The recent trends and thoughts, such as modernism and postmodernism, are mentioned. The interesting symbolic interaction theory and it educational implications are mentioned. This helps the teacher to identify the individual and the structure of society. The contents are sound in comparison with other national universities. Only focused on the cognitive domain.

Suggestions for improvements

 In a student's evaluation, there needs to be 60% practical and 40% theoretical.

 The course needs to be developed vertically through the Secondary level curriculum to the tertiary level curriculum.

Note:- The strong suggestion of this course is that the course needs to address the social and individual-related problems to develop the nation-state rapidly.
